Roller frames squeak when the cage, that’s the wire part holding the cover, rubs dry against the frame’s metal arms. No lube, loose screws, bent cage wires, or cheap metal wearing unevenly causes friction.
Now, I fixed mine last Tuesday with a drop of 3-in-1 oil on each end. Worked like magic, or near enough.

Tighten first, oil second, replace if it’s bent beyond saving.
